This Privacy Policy explains how PluginAuth accesses, uses, stores, and shares Google user data when users authorize this application.
1. Information we access
When authorized by a user, this application may access:
- Basic Google account identity information such as email address.
- Google Sheets data required for the connected workflow.
- OAuth tokens required to maintain an authorized connection.
2. How we use Google user data
We use Google user data only to:
- Authenticate the user who chooses to connect a Google account.
- Enable approved Google Sheets integrations requested by the user.
- Read, write, or update spreadsheet content needed for the connected service.
- Maintain and refresh authorization tokens for continued access approved by the user.
We do not use Google user data for advertising, sale to third parties, or unrelated analytics profiling.
3. Data storage
Access tokens, refresh tokens, and limited account information may be stored securely on our servers for the purpose of maintaining authorized integrations.
We retain data only as long as necessary to operate the authorized service, fulfill security obligations, and comply with legal requirements.
